These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of communications services provided by VBS, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company ("VBS," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to SMS/text message communications related to the Means Family Hub and associated events.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on any VBS, LLC registration or contact form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not submit your phone number or check the consent box.
VBS, LLC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with participants of the Means Family Hub and related events, including the Means Family Reunion 2026. Messages sent through this program may include:
By providing your SMS-capable mobile phone number and affirmatively checking the SMS consent box on our registration form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated promotional and informational text messages from VBS, LLC at the mobile number you provided.
Your consent covers communications sent via automated dialing systems or pre-recorded messages. You represent that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll the provided number in our SMS program.
You must be 18 years of age or older to consent to receive SMS communications from VBS, LLC.
You may withdraw your consent and opt out of receiving SMS messages from VBS, LLC at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent, unless you re-enroll.

Message frequency varies based on event schedules and program activity. You may receive up to 4–8 messages per month during active event periods. Messaging may be less frequent outside of active event planning periods.
SMS messaging may not be available on all carriers or devices. Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, and MetroPCS. VBS, LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to use any information, links, or materials provided via our SMS program for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:
VBS, LLC reserves the right to discontinue SMS communications to any recipient at any time and for any reason, including suspected misuse or abuse.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VBS, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in our SMS program, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our SMS program shall not exceed $100.00 USD.
VBS, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify enrolled SMS subscribers via text message.
Your continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Indiana.
These Terms comply with applicable federal regulations including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable CTIA guidelines for SMS marketing.
